Birdsong riot in drenching rain this morning--Phoebe, Rose-Breasted Grosbeak, Robin, Northern Oriole, Catbird, Ovenbird in the woods, Pepper the rooster crowing, answer from the neighbor's.
In hard core writing mode on Stegner-Abbey book. Kind of like going on last summer's road trip all over again. But this time staring at computer screen not through windshield.
